Spray Cabinet Parts Washers

PROCECO spray cabinet washers are ideal to clean parts in batch, in manufacturing and rebuilding applications. These automatic systems combine pressure, heat, and an aqueous cleaning solution to remove oil, grease, carbon, dirt, and machining debris from parts such as engine blocks, transmission cases, gears, and other components. Available in different models to suit your parts cleaning needs, your cabinet parts washer can be designed in single- or multi-stage configurations and customized by choosing from over 40 available options.

PROCECO TYPHOON®-PC spray cabinet parts washer models are ideal for small- to medium-size workpieces.  Larger parts are placed directly on the cabinet-mounted, non-retractable turntable, while small parts are batch-loaded into baskets to be processed. Loading capacity from 500 lbs to 2,000 lbs.

PROCECO TYPHOON®-HD heavy-duty spray cabinet washers are designed to clean large parts placed directly on a swing-out turntable or batches of small parts loaded in baskets or on fixtures. Loading capacity from 1,000 lbs to 20,000 lbs.
